The idea of movement elicits either a neutral or positive response for you
You have general non-aesthetic goals you want to work on (for example, getting stronger, keeping up with your kids)
You are usually able to follow through with movement (either alone or with a trainer) and are excited at the idea of having a buddy support you (that’s me!)
This group is for you if:
You are interested in the process of Embodied Fitness and feel called to connect with others on the same journey
You prefer the support of a group dynamic over 1:1 coaching
You are a little nervous but a little pumped to launch into a gentle journey within

Over eight weeks, you will be guided to learn more about your body’s signals and impulses for movement, and you will learn how to combine those with your unique values in order to find fulfillment in movement. After eight weeks, you can move into the Natural Habitat program or choose to follow your intuition into the wide world of movement on your own. While each session is constantly adjusted to the individual in the present moment, we will navigate the following overarching themes:
We will begin by deepening a sense of attunement with the body and noticing when the body is actually asking for movement. Here begins the practice of responding to that ask, laying a groundwork for mind-body trust.
During these weeks, we will explore how asking for consent can empower the experience of any movement practice or workout.
Here, we will map your comfort zone by reflecting on the previous weeks, and identify where you are in relation to it at any given time. You will learn about rates of perceived effort and how they can guide your choices.
Having become familiar with the body‘s cues and having established a foundation of trust between mind and body, we will now define your authentic values around movement and practice melding body wisdom with intellectual goals.

This program is tailored to your individual goals, with the overarching intention to acclimate you to your natural habitat. Humans are movers by nature, but in this modern time, we all have extremely different circumstances. Whether you are chasing after little ones, training for a backpacking trip, or wanting to walk to your second floor apartment with less effort, you deserve to feel more at ease in your daily life. As your coach, I design your workouts with your whole well-being in mind. While there is always space to adjust any session’s format, we will continually return to your personal values as a reminder of your Why. Any amount of equipment is enough to get started.
This program is structured in the following formats as a rolling 4-week membership, meaning you commit to four weeks at a time:
