Healing your relationship with exercise is an active step towards health that can help lay the groundwork for a lifetime of sustainable habits. As a trainer who is not a dietitian, I do not counsel specific food intake (and please be wary of any trainer who does!) I will ask that you ensure you're eating enough, consuming a variety of food, taking in adequate protein, and hydrating well. Past that, I encourage you to look into Intuitive Eating and to contact a registered dietitian who practices Intuitive Eating to help you hone body cues around food and gentle nutrition.
