The calls will be recorded! They will be sent to all participants within 24 hours. All participants will be asked on their application to commit to maintaining the confidentiality of these calls.
A yoga mat and light to moderate weight dumbbells are recommended.
There will be planned, low-impact movement sequences with many options for alternatives and for rest during all calls. There will be no high-impact movement. The purpose of the movement is to explore rather than to fatigue.
If your ability to access this class is contingent upon your need for either a partial (50%) or full scholarship, given your best judgment of your own financial situation, you qualify. At least one partial scholarship and one full scholarship will be available during each round this group is held, and they will be granted in order of application submission and approval.
The plan is to hold this workshop periodically, dependent on many factors. Getting into this round is the best guarantee to getting the content.
