You sure don’t! But please have your space set up in a way that feels supportive, whether that be with a yoga mat, a soft rug, a clean floor, etc. People (including me!) tend to notice when they need to vacuum an area once they’re on the floor, so maybe do a preemptive vacuum if that will be distracting. Or it will be an opportunity to practice radical acceptance of dust! Hot beverage and candle optional. : )
